Moreover we are arranging meetings with the notary and we are making all the administrative and actual acts related to starting of a company.
- We are drawing up interior acts of the company such as statutes of the particular company’s bodies (board of directors, board of supervisors, partners’ or shareholders’ assembly), interior bylaws (labour regulations, payment bylaws), resolutions, minutes, decrees and company’s bodies’ documents.
